FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., February 17, 2009 — D-Link, a leading computer networking solutions provider for consumers and business, has been named a finalist in the Consumer Electronics Association's (CEA®) annual Mark of Excellence Awards competition for its D-Link Green™ technology policies.

Presented by CEA's TechHome Division, the Mark of Excellence Awards recognize finalists for their outstanding achievement and innovation in trend-setting custom home electronics products, services or installation technologies.

A finalist in the "Supplier with the Best Environmentally Friendly Product, Service or Corporate Policy," D-Link Green caught the attention of the panel of judges comprised of system integrators, manufacturers, members of industry trade press and consultants.

As the finalists were announced, the judges praised D-Link for its "commitment to saving the world's environment" and its "partnership with the U.S. government's ENERGY STAR® program".

The D-Link Green program assures that both consumer and business products are designed to reduce power consumption whenever possible, use recyclable materials in packaging, recycle unused factory parts and to adhere to worldwide environmental standards in every aspect of the manufacturing cycle.

"We are honored and proud to be recognized for our Green Technology initiatives by such a prestigious organization as the CEA, of which we have been a member for many years," said Steven Joe, president and CEO of D-Link Systems, Inc. in Fountain Valley, Calif. "We are dedicated to continuing our Green innovation, seeking new avenues that protect the environment and help our customers save money in the process."
