6-Port Multi-Gigabit Unmanaged Switch
Description
The DMS-106XT 6-Port Multi-Gigabit Unmanaged Switch is equipped with five 100/1000/2.5GBase-T ports (for unrestricted Wi-Fi 6 router or AP connections) and one 100/1000/2.5G/5G/10GBase-T port (for NAS or uplink connectivity). With a durable design, silent operation, and plug-and-play functionality, the DMS-106XT switch can be easily set up and be placed in almost any location where network connectivity is required.
TURBO Mode
Turn on TURBO mode to enable low latency and multicast function to make your network efficient for multi-media application (e.g. gaming, video streaming or file download, etc). The port-based QoS will be activated as well when TURBO mode is on.
Integrated Networking
The DMS-106XT switch uses auto-sensing ports, providing a small workgroup to flexibly connect Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit, 2.5 Gigabit, 5 Gigabit and 10 Gigabit devices to create an integrated network. These ports detect the network speed via auto-negotiation allowing you to get the maximum speed possible for each device connected to your network.
Simplified Installation
All of the ports on the DMS-106XT switch supports automatic MDI/MDIX crossover, eliminating the need for crossover cables. Each port can be plugged in directly to a server, hub, router, or switch using regular straight-through twisted-pair Ethernet cables.
Green Technology
The DMS-106XT switch features green technology, such as IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE)*.
Traffic Management
The DMS-106XT switch includes traffic management features, such as IEEE 802.1p Quality of Service (QoS) and IEEE 802.3x Flow Control.
